About Jane and the Cookies

Qrooklyn Cookie is dedicated to bringing you nutritious and decadent lace cookies, founded in Brooklyn, NY, in 2020 by Jane Carig. After formal training in culinary arts, she started her career in the food industry by working in some well-established restaurants in New York City. Then, one day she was asked to work with the Pastry Chef for an event, and that’s where her passion became evident. She was finally able to use her creativity in applying elegant texture to the cookie and blend in with her love for spice. To her delight, Jane’s Lace cookies received great compliments at the event for their nutty flavor, crisp, peppery taste, and delicate appearance.
